SumTotal has terminated its merger agreement with Accel-KKR and has now announced the signing of a definitive agreement for SumTotal to be acquired by private equity firm Vista Equity Partners.

This tool can batch apply setting changes to some or all of the question objects in your book. For example you can set the Automatically Reset Question property to “When Entering the Page” for all questions in the book, set the limit time for all multiple choice questions, or turn off scoring of all question on a specified range of pages.

SumTotal has announced that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with affiliates of Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity firm, in a transaction valued at approximately $124 million.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including the approval of SumTotal’s stockholders. There is no financing condition to the transaction.
The agreement contains a provision under which SumTotal may solicit alternative proposals from third parties during the next 30 calendar days.
