On April 11, 2006 Microsoft released a new update for Windows which changes the behaviour of the Internet Explorer browser. This change was the results of a Lawsuit between Eolas Technologies and Microsoft. The change will affect ToolBook (2004) SP2 and SP3 exports:-(
