Click2learn’s Aspen Learning Management System Earns SCORM 1.2 Certification
In a further representation of its industry leadership in learning standards development and adoption, Click2learn, leader in enterprise productivity solutions, today announced that its Aspen Learning Management System (LMS) has been awarded SCORM 1.2 certification, the highest level of conformance with the Shareable Content Object Reference Model learning standard. The Aspen LMS is among the first in the industry, and the only major LMS, to receive this certification, granted by the Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative (ADL), a joint project of the U.S. Department of Defense, National Guard Bureau, and Department of Labor, and the original generator of the SCORM standard.
